What to expect

How long does it take to hear back after interviews?

We understand the importance of timely communication during the hiring process, and we strive to update candidates as promptly as possible. Typically, you can expect to hear back within 5 to 10 business days after your interview. Please be assured that your application is being carefully reviewed, and we aim to communicate decisions as soon as they are finalized.

If you haven’t heard from us after 10 business days, you’re welcome to reach out to careers@minix.co.in for a status update. We appreciate your patience and interest in being part of our team.

If I am not selected, will I get feedback?

Yes, especially if you reached advanced stages.

  • For screening-level rejections, you’ll receive an email update.
  • For final-round candidates, we offer constructive feedback to help you grow professionally. You’re encouraged to request it.

Can I reapply if I was not selected?

Definitely. We encourage candidates to reapply after 3–6 months, especially if they’ve acquired new skills or experience since their last application.

What is the notice period for selected candidates?

Our standard notice period ranges from 30 to 60 days, depending on the role. This will be clearly mentioned in your offer letter.

Do you offer relocation or visa support?

We understand that relocation or visa requirements may arise during the hiring process. For mid-to-senior-level or specialised roles, we offer relocation assistance, including moving expense support and temporary accommodation.

Visa sponsorship is considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily for leadership or niche positions, while most roles require local work authorisation.

We encourage candidates to share any relocation or visa needs early in the process so that we can provide appropriate guidance and support to make your transition as smooth as possible.
